  Dreadful. I spent several months trying to get them back to fix a poor installation of panel glides that started falling off - numerous calls and messages, never returned. In the end I found another installer who I paid to fix the system. They said the original installation had been poorly done.
  
  Update in response to Curtain Mill's note on my review - Curtain Mill have not offered to reimburse the full installation costs which are high, just the additional expense I incurred in fixing the poor installation in exchange for my removing this review. I asked that if they can fit some curtains for free (labour only, not materials) and they do a good job, I would be able to update my review on their service accordingly. I did not hear back from them.
