  I cannot recommend Kate highly enough! I have been going to Kate regularly for 4 years now. When I started she could barely touch me, I was in such a bad way. Now when I see her she can really massage deep. Kate really takes the time to listen to what u need and guide you through the massage. I regularly fall asleep during my sessions now as my body knows and trusts her. Kate is wonderfully kind and nuturing and I always come away feeling relaxed and lighter. Honestly, Kate has been a life saver and my seasions with her are easily the highlight of my week. :)

  Had a wonderfully relaxing, nurturing massage with Kate. What was so interesting was that I had booked in for a bio-dynamic massage, not knowing what the hell it was... and ended up listening in part to my own digestion. I was fascinated. Kate's supportive way of listening also made sure we had the correct intention in mind, when she suggested I remain awake I was intrigued. During this ironically conscious deep relaxation, through massage and communication, I found a new mantra! I had arrived depleted and 'on the floor' and I left empowered and optimistic! I felt like I understood myself a bit better; that I had begun the journey home...How's THAT for a massage! I highly recommend this woman.
